Default help with my dyno sheet numbers???

well, got on the dynojet today. Was very dissapointed. Base line was ok but we couldnt really squeeze any more outta it adjusting the cam gears. Right now the cam gears are at +2,+2. My distributer took a **** on me as well while I was on the dyno. Im missing real bad now(igniter) And I was hoping this might be a result of crappy numbers. I think Im the only civic out there with NO top end.lol

I tried turningup the timming but the most my dizzy would allow is 12-14 degrees. Could this also caused a problem??

81.5mm ls/vtec
gsr head(port polish) with crower 3's
skunk intake manny, stock gsr throttle body
itr pistons with ls rods.
jdm dc 4-1 header w/ 2 1/4 exhaust with gineric cherybomb muffler

tuning w/mugen n1 chip and VAFC

if your ignitor is taking a crap then it would deffinatly affect those readings.

also you should be measuring the air/fuel ratio while on the dyno.......you couild be to rich or to lean which will cause low power output.

we were tuning with a wide band. We tried running it rich and a little lean but nothing really changed. Numbers still started to drop off around 8-9k

well for you to rev to 9k is not the brightest thing you can do... you have oem ls rods??.... and the cams you have will not make any power that high.. so my advice is to get some rods in that thing.. otherwise it will break reving that high with ls rods.....

topline replica ITR pistons. They dont need to be modified to fit. Im not sure where they are going to make power to, not too many dyno sheets floating around with crower 3's
