VIN NUMBER
look at the vin sticker/tag that is mounted on the door jab/ "B" pillar...it should say the MM/YY on it...but also it depending on the month that is stamped on there..from january til about august is make for that same year..if it like after august with what ever year is on the sticker/tag then it meant for the next year. get it?
this is assuming tha you ahve the car with you there.

I saw a 91 SI hatch at the boneyard that was an EF Civic, but was manufactured in 10/91. October 1991? September is the cutoff. That would make it a 1992, right? Different body style, but yet it was an EF, not an EG.
Why the hell are you going to use a Civic for demo derby!? That is a redneck american turd-head beer drinking, wife beating sport made for old 70s american cars. What are you thinking? The civic is going to be smashed like a (for those rednecks) damn beer can. Why would you use a japanese car for demo derby? To "get-back" at the japanese auto makers for building better cars and thereby selling more on american soil? Or are you just one of them "good ol' boys" with ur Chevy truck with the 350 and them super swampers?
My little rant. No offense intentional.
