Dust boots for Koni/GC
Hi guys,
I need your opinion here..
I have just installed a new Ground Control & Koni setup on my GSR, while removed the stock springs and Ohlins dampers.
Since Ohlins are a little wider (in diameter) than stock dampers the dust boots were also wider and these could not fit on my new setup.. so I installed the Konis without dust boots.
On Ground Control instructions it says to cut the stock dust boot at 1 1/2 inches of height.
Do you think it is very important to find a set of stock boots?? since cutting them to 1 1/2 inches looks very few and I don't think it makes much difference.
