Running way rich....
Anyway, when Im crusing along or idling, my car just stinks of gas, so bad that my eyes get sore for the fumes!
I took it to my buddy's work and he did a test of the hydrocarbons (unburned fuel in exhaust). The standard (to pass emsissions) is 200 points...while idling my car was at over 2000!
I had my fuel pressure at 50 psi (with hose attached) and my idle leaned out 50% with the S-AFC!
I got home and turned the fuel pressure down to 38 PSI and added 20% fuel past 20% throttle with the S-AFC so I make sure the motor gets enough fuel when "getting on it". I went to rev the engine and look at the fuel pressure, and it DROPS when I rev the engine! Looks like my 2nd B&M to go bad, same exact thing happened last year. This may also be why its running so rich, the regulator not working correctly.
What do you guys think?

I'm not sure what is the B20 stock FP be, but for LS, it's 31-36 psi WITH the hose attached. Currently, I have my FPR set to 36 psi and S-AFC leaned out to 25% at 1000 rpm and I'm still running rich, but not to the point where my eyes will get sore from it. I think your FP is too high. You should double-check on that.
Well I dropped the fuel pressure to 38 PSI with hose attached (stock is 34 PSI) and my 1000 RPM is leaned out 50%!!! But then again, my FPR is probably fucked, so who knows what kind of fuel its dumping.
