weird vibrations
when i am driving my 1992 honda accord lx over 35 mph there seems to be a weird vibration/noise that comes from the front end. i can especially feel it through the gas pedal. i am under the impression that it is the front alignment since i had to replace both upper control arms and the lug studs on the right hub. it could also be the power steering. Any Thoughts?
Where did you have the work done at? You may want to make sure the lug nuts and bolts for the control ares are tight. Aliginment will have nothing to do with a vibration. You said that you can feel it in the gas pedal, Your tires could be out of balance and or have a problem with one of the axles.
most of the work was done by me. i didnt notice the vibration until after i replaced the lug studs. however me being an idiot i didnt bolt down the other wheel down tight enough (long story). the tires may be out of balance. what do you mean about the axel? is there anything that could be wrong?
