Just wondering if the J's racing intake comes only in carbonfiber or is there diffrent styles? I have a guy sellling me one but it's black...... I think it came form Japan though he is a JDM wholeseller. TIA Rob

 

I think you can get them in carbon fiber and in regular plastic

no the Js also comes in non CF. The knock off is also plastic.

J's comes in CF and ABS Plastic.

The original intake by topfuel came in ABS plastic.

Maybe a newb question, but why shape an intake like that? What advantage does that have over a filter on a stick?

It's a ventulli design, which adds velocity and is supposed to boost midrange power over normal short ram setups.

simota copy j's is abs plas...

its hard to tell if its a real j's or not...
