If there's no resistance at all, your pressure plate is probably finished. Do you smell anything funny (i.e.-burning clutch) if you hot rod it a little? If so your clutch has a life expectancy of about 2 weeks.
well no there is resistance..just that initial time when it started , but as of know like i said when i push the clutch in its fine, but when i put it in gear it makes a wierd spinning sound and when i release the clutch it stops...i thinks its a throw out bearing, i just wanted to doubleckeck...and r they hard to install???
If it was your throw out bearing it would stop when you push in on the clutch, not let out. Listen to it at idle, does it sound like a metal rattling sound more then a spinning sound? If so then it very well may be the input shaft bearing going out inside the tranny.
hmmm...yea at idle i dont hear anything...the car just idles rough...like its about to stall...so not my throw out bearing...huh...dam..i was hopin it was something simple...but yea like i saidthe sound doesnt happen when i push the clutch in alone it happens when i push the clutch in and i put it in gear.. Once it is in gear it still makes the sound until i let go of the clutch...
