well since no one's helping, i have a 00 R w/a drag III kit. so far all i did was just bolt the kit right in. made sure that it was detonating and set my timing to about 14 degrees. um it's running perfectly fine right now, just running kind of rich and on an open down pipe. that exhaust is pretty small so it will restrict you a bit, but it can be used. the header is worth nothing, since the exhuast manifold will replace it for the turbo. and ive been running on this setup for about a month now...no problems. just dont get too boost happy.

J&S with proper fuel setup will easily allow for 11-12psi with fully stock motor.

Get a big, highflow cat or ditch the whole cat idea totally.

Don't be stupid with the boost levels and put some thick oil in it, change often.
