Default Why the weight difference in Intake and Exhaust valve springs?

I have a set of brand new OEM ITR dual valvesprings and noticed that they weigh in differently.

According to my pocket scale:

ITR Yellow: Inner: 15.10g
.................Outter: 39.30g
ITR Blue: Inner: 13.10g
.................Outter: 34.75g

There also seems to be a variance of about .05-.30g among the springs but the retainers are all dead on. Has anyone else ever weighed out any aftermarket springs to check for balance?

And if anyone cares, the OEM ITR retainers (same as all other B-series, right?) weigh in at 13.10g.

Just kinda wondering since if they weigh different then they should have different seat pressures and I'm aiming for close to a 100% balanced motor though I realize that valve springs wont have much effect
