At last s2k in my garage and then i saw that the plastic cover for the ice unit cannot lock in close position and after few seconds is falling down. Dealer said that he will replace it.

ahhh, thanks. I got confused and didn't get the memo for that one. learn something new everyday. even though I didn't want to know that.

Sorry, I seemed to have missed the question in your post.

And FYI, not sure of the cost, but it's easily removable/reinstallable. Takes a few moments actually. Open door, pull from the bottom outwards and away from the bottom, it will pull out. Takes a little bit of elbow grease as well, so it isn't a quick snap, but don't worry about breaking it, since you are having it replaced.

 

Thanks knowing that its a simple repair brought me some relief.
