door hinges
Crap, mine have been sagging too for the past 5yrs. This is one of those things I've meant to as HT about but always forget when I'm in front of the computer. Anyways, bump, I'd like to know too.
you can remove the door and hinges without removing the fender. take off the pin to get more space between fender and door. a box end wrench helps for some of the bolts too.
Its not that bad if you have someone to help you. The biggest pain in the *** is trying to get it lined up again. Before you remove the old hinges, mark where they were located and when you install the new ones hopefully the door will line up. You don't have to remove the fender but if you can't get the door to line up by adjusting the door from the doorside hinge, you'll at the least have to remove the inner fender well to get to those bolts to make your adjustments.
Unplug your door wiring harness, remove the pin from the limiter (or whatever the hell that rod is called..lol), remove the bolts from the doorside hinge. Remove the door and then you can access the other hinge bolts.
