Hello everyone! I just became a lucky owner of a 1990 Honda Accord SE! I love it. I know it is an old car but I am trying to keep it in good condition. I have driven it about 2000 miles in the last month or so that I have it. On my last trip to NY, my maintenance light turned yellow. It was always green. Does anyone know what that means? When I first got the vehicle I did do a regular tune up and oil change. I want to make sure everything is ok. Please let me know any answers!! Thanks alot Nikki

 

That is just a reminder to do your service. It changes color as mileage gets to a certain point after being reset. Just reset is and you will be ok. Just make sure you stay up on your service schedule.

 

Like redneckdave said. It will flip every few thousand miles. it goes from green to yellow to red. Just stick your key in the hole in the speedo cluster and it will re-set it back to green for ya.
