Default J's Racing Style Intake for ITR

Okay, i have read every topic for the search "racing intake" and most dealt with the J's Racing but none of them answered the question that I have. I have a '96 Civic with a ITR intake manifold on my B18C. Will an intake for a CTR work with this set-up or do i have to buy one specifically for the ITR. Here is one that i was looking at:

http://www.iosrc.com/memoryfab/detail/?id=302

or would this one be better http://www.iosrc.com/memoryfab/detail/?id=304

or should i just stick with an AEM short ram. All of the prices are pretty much in the same ballpark. Please let me know your thoughts.

Why do you need ABS to have that intake?
