1990 accord Advice Needed

1990 accord Advice Needed
I'm based in the UK and Drive a 1990 accord 22i 4ws
I have a couple of problems
The ALB light on the dash stays on but I have had the anti lock brake pump changed all the breaks and sensors changed. So when I start the car it flashes off once and then stays on
The other issue I have when I park up to say go to a shop or to fill up I go to start the car and it wont start. I have to leave the car for at least five minutes before it starts.
I have had a number of mechanics looks at this and they have all drawn blanks
Any Ideas?
