Default Jet Performance ECU upgrade

I have a 99 Civic Si with basic upgrades. Injen Intake, Cat-back exhaust, headers, ignition and I'm looking for my next upgrade. I've heard things about the Jet Performance ECU upgrade.....is this a good upgrade? If you have this upgrade let me know what you think.

jets are really no good. first of all they really arent made for hondas. just have someone chip it for you. i was gonna go with a jet chip in the summer until guys on here convinced me that its really not worth the money.
