Default #3 and #4 cylindars having trouble on new rebuild

today, i started the first engine i ever actually re-assembled using new parts to use in my daily driver.

the thing started. and ran. ran kinda rough, but #3 and #4 were'nt running 100%

i think the problems could be contacts on the distributor, the compression of the cylindar, the CX computer im using, or the lack of valve adjustment. possibly the plug wires as well.

its a 90 b18a1, with b16 pistons, re-honed, ACL bearings, and new gaskets.

when we pull the #3 plug wire, nothing changes in the engine. ... the engine will idle OK, but when u rev it up... it almost dies trying to recover.

any ideas?

Maybe bad wires, connection or cap/rotor. Could be a couple of things. Thats what I would check first.
