You can match up the wires like this using the OBDII engine harness. Or you can simply match by color using the wires on the distributer itself. For whatever reason, the wires on the distributer itself are just the normal colors.

I have one of the "first" production run of the HaSport Hydro EF kit in my CRX running a 98+ spec JDM TYPE R with 4.7 FD LSD in my area.
Do a search and you will find an extensive write up about the kit and feedback from others who have tried it.
I dont know if HaSport has offered this yet, but make sure the 90-93 Integra rear tranny bracket you use gets the 2 lower holes drilled out bigger to accept the bigger 19mm bolts that the HYDRO tranny uses. Make sure you get some bolts that are shorter or at least use spacers to prevent them from bottoming out in the tranny case.
As mentioned above, in regards to your mechanical speedo, just one over to your hydro tranny.
I give you props for converting your set-up to OBD1 and Hondata. I've seen some peeps running the "R" motor in their Hybrid CRX's using the OBD0 distributor and PWO or PR3 ecu. Little do they know they are limiting their "R" motor with the OBD0 electronics.
Those OBD0 distributors tend to crap out easily also and are over a decade old. Plus, they are rare to find for a good price.
Most, if not all hybrid EF hatches or CRXs that come out of my shop get converted to OBD1 from the get-go. It will pay off in the long run.

I did just that! I got a newer and rare obd1 pr3 ecu, distrbutor, and a frog engineering harness adaptor. You will also need a single 4 wire o2 sensor to run to the harness for the ecu to funtion correctly.

Exactly.
The wires in the harnesses are always completely ******* different than the ones on the distributor... stupid Honda. Just match wire for wire on the distributor. Should be all the same.
