Im getting mixed reviews on this topic... Some say go for it, some say it wont work...

Im just curious if anyone out there has run 1mm oversized valves with cams that have anywhere from 12.3 - 12.8mm lift (H22 specific)??

If so, were there any major valve to valve clearance issues?

 

I'd like to know too.

but from my experience with skunk 2 stage 2 cams, the valve to valve clearance is so close that its hard to imagine oversize valves not hitting. Heck I couldn't even adjust the cam gears with them not hitting.
