Default Progress springs and kyb agx

I am searching for a good suspension setup for a budget of under $500. I saw the progress springs with the b-series with a 2" drop, will these springs work good with a set of kyb agx's?

I was also wondering about the 2" drop, is that really low? will i need a camber kit or just a good alignment? I really like the look of a slammed car so i don't want to low of a drop, but i don't want to high of a ride height.

thanks

Why is it to much of a drop? The warranty really isn't a big deal and the price of the shock is good-can't these shocks handle a 2" drop?

how much are some koni's? because i found the agx on ebay for 280$

Im riding on H&R sport springs, forgot the drop cuz its been like 3 years, but I think they are about 1.25 front and 1.75 rear. Im sittin on some KYB AGXs and I love them. Everyone that I have talked to that has them loves them. 4 way adjustable, 1 like a Caddy and 4 is pretty stiff. I have bottomed them out quite a few times do to the redneck constuction we have down here in south FL and they are still holding up.

Now, I dont know how exactly how they will hold with a 2in drop but just lettin you my experience with them.

warranty for these is either 1.25" or 1.50" i dont remember but I just installed some h&r race spring and agx's on my friends crx this week and I thought it seemed like a pretty good combo. Very easy to adjust the new agx's with the setttings on the top. If your worried about blowing them out why dont you just cut your top hats and flip them upside down and get some more shock travel. There is a write up somewhere about this. You can have like 2 extra inches of travel in the rear and like a 1 inch extra travel up front. To bad advance auto dosent carry these anymore with a lifetime warranty...

im running GC coilovers and AGX. i love my setup. The AGX struts are great, but if your too low they do not perform at all. i was about 2.5" low at first and the ride sucked as i played with the settings and the height i noticed the AGX struts performed much better within there warrenty limits. im now about 1.5" all around and i can hang in the corners all day.

with that said i wouldn't go much lower than 1.5"
