The HID have received awards and certificates from the European E13 approval, Chinese National Automotive Quality & Quality Supervising Center, Automotive Research & Testing Center, and the ISO 9001:2000.

Installation
These plug and play kits are easy to install. All you have to do is disconnect the battery, remove and unplug your old bulbs, put in your new HID bulbs, connect the bulb to the igniter, the igniter to the ballast, the ballast to the harness, the harness to the headlight connector, and then reconnect the battery. Note that you can either secure the ballast by mounting it directly to the vehicle or bolting it in with the mounting plates.

There is a range in color temperature is because it is impossible to pinpoint every bulb to the exact color temperature during production. (This same concept applies to all the HID manufacturers) The color output between the 4200K bulbs and 5000K bulbs are nearly identical and people who are not in the industry will not be able to tell by the naked eye. However, Professionals at the manufacturer test and pair up the same color temperature bulbs for the HID kits that use a pair of bulbs to make sure the color output is the same. On the same token, if you are looking for a 6000K kit for your car, you should go ahead and get the 6500K kit because they are essentially the same.

hi, i was wondering what the difference was between the H4 HID kit and the H4 hi/lo kit. sorry, im a n00b when it comes to HID.

 

Hi/lo means a low beam and a high beam as opposed to just the low beam.

Interested in an h4 hi/lo. Just not sure which one. I would like a very bright light which would you reccomened.

 

i think 5000k h4 hi/low will be suitable or you can go up to 6500k
