Default Pulleys...good idea or not?

i have done all the major bolt on and am in the proccess of buying everything i need for my cam setup. i have noticed that cams are only $110 but have heard a lot of horror stories about them. Are they safe to use or are they just trouble?

What cams have you seen that only cost $110? Or are you referring to the pulleys?

Nothing really unreliable about a pulley.. They are for tuning purposes, you'll need them if you plan on making more HP.

Why does it seem that not that many people have them then? Do they not really do anything as far as hp gains?

You only see gains when you tune them on a dyno.
