yea they will follow you around till you give them one.
**** i gave a bum a cigg once .. i think i was outside a rave (orion) on 6th and spring . so you guys know thats a bad place to be.
and this bum needed a smoke so i gave him 1. and he was like my human sheild for the night.. he followed me everywhere and when other bums came up to ask me for change n **** he was like GET AWAY FOO!

It was crazy driving through downtown one night. All i saw was bums all on the ground and some sleeping on top of the garbage cans.

yea back in the day when i used to skate all the good skate spots had bums.. like venice beach, santa monica courthouse.
