hi guys. i just ordered some projectors and i was wondering if it's pretty easy to install them myself on my 2001 civic. if possible could you provide instructions for me? thanks a lot

 

well i jus changed my headlight last night for my 4 door 98 civic LX, i dont kno if yours is gonna be the same
first u needa take off the front bumper, the screws are located 2 sides next to your tires, then there's a couple under your car, and the last ones are the ones on top which u needa pop the hood
after u've taken ur bumper out, unscrew the screws on the light that connected to your car, and there should be 4 on each side, well at least mine had 4 on each side
den unplug the lights by pushing the sides of the plugs, take out the headlight and install the new ones bak in..
den that's it...

Yah thats pretty much all you gotta do- Did the same with my 2000 SiR- Had HID installed but i took off the bumper and put the ballust in the frame. SInce you doing projectors what that dude said is pretty much it. And 1 more thing why doesnt the kit come with instructions?

 

well i'm ordering it off ebay so i'm not sure if it comes with instructions or not.

 

watch what your doin on ebay. U got a link for em? should be simple, you take off the bumper, and unbolt the lights. on a 6th gen civic, its 6 bolts that the assy. goes to the frame. you can shotgun it. U got the right bulbs tho?

i only have those but i havnt gottent he bulbs or anything yet

 

head lights are simple just pull the front bumper and it will be 10 times easier

 

those come wit the bulbs i think. but i think the bulbs that come wit those lights will blow out within a couple of days or within 2 weeks so u migh wanna get sum better bulbs for yoru lights so u dont have to replace them when the headlights are installed

 

they blow out that fast?
