Default What to do...

I have started a post before but i have recently changed my mind a bit. If i just stuck with leaving the bottom end at the same bore and put in some piston that can handle nitrous at the same time produce a bit more power along with skunk2 stage 2 cams and the neccessary stuff to go with that is it do able with nitrous and will the power gains be noticeable without nitrous? I keep changing my mind b/c i need it as an every day driver but at the same time i want it to scoot and i can't handle any insane idle...someone help me here...im so confused. Thanks

huh?

That was a very garbled question.

Clarify a little if you can. Post like Hemmingway writes. Short and Sweet. No wasted words.

Yes better. But I am still unsure of what you are debating between?

Are you debating bewteen different compresion ratio's? Type of piston (I.E. cast or forged) type of cams?

Well, i want to have a higher redline, different cams for sure (was thinking of SK2 Stage 2's), head work, but i don't know if i need to do any work to the bottom half. I know that it needs to probably be rebuilt anyway since im at 124,XXX hard miles so should i stick with a stock bottom end or will i benefit more from something like oversized ITR pistons?

of coarse you would benefit from building the bottom end to withstand nitrous especially with that many miles. building the head would obviously give you more power and tuning is key to make it a successful daily driver. i run sk2 st2 and drive it daily idle is at 750 rpm's. it's all about tuning!

What else you running with those and what are you using to tune it?
