Default PLEASE HELP>>CAR WONT START

I have 92 stock dx hatchback...1.5 motor....
well the problem is that the car wont start now...
The car was running right before we did the tune up...
We changed the wires(oem), plugs, rotor/cap(napa brand)..
and after that the car will not turn over....it acts like it wants to
start but will not turn over completely...

What would make it do this????
I was told to check the fuses..is there anything else
that i should check???

Please let me know ASAP!!!

Thanks You, George

Did you check for spark? This can be done by pulling up on one of the plug wires and seeing the spark or hearing the tick tick. If it does have spark and since plugs are brand new, make sure the plug wires were placed in the right sequence to the distributer. If it doesnt have spark in the wires then its its some thing in the distributer you didnt connect or connect right. Try that and see what happens.

just went through this problem a few days ago on my friends car... changed cap, rotor, plugs, and coil. car still wasn't getting any spark. check if you're getting spark. if you aren't, then it's most likely your distributor itself. i had an extra distributor and swapped it with my friend's that wasn't giving spark, and his car started up fine. so check if you're getting spark.
