well I was installing my new springs on my Koni yellows

and when I though I was done, I lowered the car is this is that I saw under the hood !!
WTF !!
I installed my old springs, and it was fine, what the hell happen here ?

Before you put the top mount with bushings in place, did you put one of the large washers on first? Like #15 in this pic...
Most likely, you forgot to install #15.
OT: Is that a CF muffler on your intake? Or is that the eBay version on the AEM V2? Never seen an intake like that before...

Koni gives you a flat washer to put under the cup washer for the bushing.

yea, I did forget to put #15 on, cause my old Tom motor sport didn't need them cause they had there own cup that replaced the washer.
but luckely I still had the washer from the previous install.

yes it is a cheap 30$ Ebay intake, but for 30$ shipped with filter, I just had too.

alright, I took everything apart, put in washer 15# and it fixed that problem but now it seems like the threaded part of the strut isn't tight at all. I didn't drive my car yet, but when I press down on the bumper my car is'nt stiff at all (half of stock) and see the rubber expande and my strut go higher.

just be grateful you didnt close the hood and then put the car down or you would have 2 nice shock sized dents/holes in the hood.
