Default H22 Civic

Is $8400 a good deal for a 99 CX hatchback with a stock H22 swap?

It has 59000 miles and the H22 is from a 2000 Prelude. No check engine lights or problems with the swap either.

Thanks.

Is it too good to be true? As in there is something potentially wrong with it? What should I look out for when checking this out (I haven't looked at it yet)

Also, the swap was done by ZMR? (in Tampa) , has anyone ever heard of them?
