good street brake pads for CRX?
im looking for some new pads for the CRX.. i've had KVR carbon mettalic pads on my 240 before didn't really like em.
looking for something that will stop well but w/o a long warm up.. dust doesnt really matter to me since i wash the car every week 2 weeks..
noise sqeaking also isn't a major issue but would prefer to be w/o it...
any suggestions
budget $100.00 for front and rear
90-93 integ front brakes
rear stock discs (90 Si)

I've been using the Raybestos "ceramic enhanced" no-squeak pads. About a year or so ago, a lot of the guys on the Hybrid board were tracking their rides with these and liked them a lot for a cheap pad. Search the archives over at Hybrid, and, there are two sites. I got these front and rear on my 95 GSR and on the front of my CRX.

Give Axxis Ultimates a try. They are inexpensive, don't require a warm up, have a decent bite and more than enough fade resistance for any street car.
I've heard the dust from Hawk HP+ is corrosive to wheels.

cobalt is good stuff. since you have large rotors up front i would take a look at a mild street pad app from cobalt. my personalvote would be carbotech bobcats
