alright,i finally got the motor it the car.thanks to everyone that help me when i needed it.ok everything is good the car start and everything.no check engine light .ok now when i put the car in 1st gear and start to move the car feels like it is dying.this is between 1000-3000.after 3000 it pick up and go.and the rest of the gears are good.the problem is that is stumble in acleration in first gear.need help h-t member...................b/c i am stuck

oh the car is a 96 hatch with a 97 ls motor with a odb2 to odb1 harness and a odb1 p75
work done was
je high compersion piston
everything to do with the timing belt(cam seal,water pump,etc)
aem cam gear(set at 0)
msd full ingition system(coil,2 8.5 wires,step,etc)
aem intake (short ram)

BTW, check the clutch fluid, or check the grip on the clutch by puttin it in 2nd, and letting it stall, it should hit hard, jump, and die.

 

yea i was thinking that.......but i bleed the clutch after the swap.and i defintely notice that the clutch height was not the same as before.

aight i have bleed the clutch and check it twice so that is not is................could it be the timing on the can,but if it is thr car would not start if the timing was off right????please i need help!!!!!

 

your car will start if the timing is off slightly, it just runs rough. if you have a timing light you can check it.

 

i fix it it was the timing.........i move the dizzy over a little bit...................thanks for u help guyz
