Default DSM LSD: stupid question, but can't pass up the offer...

I know this will sound completely stupid, but I really cannot pass the chance NOT to ask around about it...
I have, sitting in front of me... a working LSD out of a Talon with a 4g63 engine in it... I opened up his tranny for him because it wouldn't come out of 4th... it was because 1/2 of the synchro was missing and the collar was jacked up. lol...

ANYHOW, has anybody ever had any experience with the lsd's looking to see if there is a way that it will fit in a B-series tranny? I'm going to go try to take the ring gear off of it and get a better look... I know the splines where the axles go seems to be different, but I'm just thinking if the Honda B-series ring gear will fit, then I could fab up something for the axles and I'd have an almost free LSD. (he's giving it to me)

The only other thing I could really do with the LSD is sell it, which very well may be the only option for a Honda guy with a Mitsubishi LSD. lol.

Thanks for any ideas...

Seems as if the ring gear has a different bolt pattern. :-(

Sooooo... I don't guess it would be feasible I probably would end up spending more money trying to make it work than I would buying an ITR lsd. :-(

im like 99.999999 percent sure it wont work...
splines are the least of your problems.
lsd size and bearings should be your first concern
