Default Help: H22a with P28

If i put a P28 with a jun chip on my jdm h22a wouldnt it starve the motor of fuel since its set for a 1.6 liter even with the Jun chip?? Im asking cause i wanna get rid of the EGR that the h22's have.

The Jun chip is for 1.8L and runs leaner than a stock P72 would... so yes, it would run lean on your H22... Get a custom program, get tuned, or tune it yourself with the freeware tools available at http://www.pgmfi.org

Why do you want to get rid of EGR? You know that it shuts off when you tip in, right? Comparing my Uberdata maps to the stock GSR p28 maps, you are going to run lean as **** up top, but the idle isnt that far off.

Don't do it.

Or you could do it, just buy a $50 chip burner and a zif-socket :D
