Honda-Acura.net Official ECHC forum?
i honestly dont know any history between this site and that site, and i really dont care to dig up any unnecessary crap thats already in the past, but i just wanna know howd honda-acura.net become to host the "official" ECHC forum? i know HT isnt quite favored by some ppl from nasa, and they have their own NASA forum, so whats up with honda-acura.net?

Is it still private? Maybe its because this site doesn't have that feature and the other does?? I dunno. Hehe, its does raise the question as to who is the true secrect car club of America

The people who maintain/update and design the ECHC official website also own the other board (Honda-Acura.net). I think that was the determining factor thought I could be wrong.
It's a private forum open only to racers in the series. At last count only about half the drivers use the private forum.

HAN (Daniel Mendoza) came on board in 2004 as a series sponsor. He was nice enough to offer to host, update and support the ECHC site! http://www.honda-challenge.com Daniel also offered us a public forum which frankly doesn't get used very often. But...... then came the competitors forum.
A few months into the 2004 season the Competitors Forum (which is hidden) was established. This forum is used a great deal and all ECHC racers have password access.
The HC forum was modeled after SWC Competitors board seen here: http://bbs.sccaproracing.com/c...b.cgi
This Forum is a great way for drivers to communicate. Most of the content is kinda dull but there have been some serious discussions that if they were viewed here (H-T) would have not been helpful to the series.
It isn't a secret forum. All EC Honda-Challenge racers are welcome (past and present). There are even a few MW and SE HC folks there.
The one and only rule: "What happens here stays here". It's to be treated much like a drivers meeting.
