fuel pump and filter or something electrical
alright check this out. i just got a b18c swapped into my car and it is runnin strong and healthy, but it will not totally fire up sometimes. this usually happens when it is hot. they installed a new cap when it was beng swapped. it will start up later on once i tried to start it though like its not gettin enough fuel or some electrical thing.
