Default No pressure in gas tank

i know there is a hole in the top of my tank somwhere because it leaks when its full, but would no pressure in the gas tank cause a low idle and make the car shake bad at idle??

If you know there's a hole, replace it! I'd hate for you to end up on your 10 o'clock news. "Local person injured in gas tank explosion." Fix it now!

I personally dont think it would hurt the idle.. The evac system puts a vacuum on the gas tanks for emissions reasons so you might not pass emissions but I would guess thats all that would come from this..

How big is the hole.. You could probably fix it with some jb weld..

He's from Ohio guys... **** rusts.

I just replaced my tank about 3 days ago. Go to Advance Auto, order a new tank, straps, and buy some rubberized anti-rust coating, and some primer. Take it to a cheap shop, and have them fix it. No vacuum isn't a problem either.
