Jhpusa has them for 850. But you should try camp1320.com, Tom usually can get everything, and for a good price!

Type R trannys are going to run you about 1500-1800 easy. I've looked at a couple

I'm not sure what the hell you're doing to your tranny, but i'm sure that I have abused mine way more than you and I probably have more Hp and Tq on 1 tire than your whole car (sarcastic jocke) and mine is still holding... maybe they didnt fix it good the first time.

Yeah they probably didn't fix it properly the first time. And dude I didn't see the dc5r tranny on there at all. 850 would be a steal. I heard the jdm tranny has no grind/crunch issues.

im not really trying to figure out what went wrong. thats not why i posted. i know whats caused the second break down. which is the poor rebuild of the tranny by acura. the first break down was due to aggressive stress on the tranny due to 1st gear burn outs in the water box. the tech said it mostlikey due the the pegg-legging of the car. ...lets not turn this into " damn another owner who just misshifted thread." i simply am just looking for another tranny perferably type r.

Jared - why not just go full K20A? I am sure you can recover $2500~$3000 by selling the A2 to someone willing to do the rebuild work them selves...

I still got dibs on the Headlights BTW...
