Pick up a d16a6 and drop it in. Also convert to MPFI

Brakes/suspension. Or keep saving and do a swap.

a set of P29 pistons in an A6 would get you well into the 14's in less than that...

Multi Port fuel injection, your CRX Si does have it, it is essentially a fuel injector for each cylinder, rather than Dual Point, which has 2 injectors for all 4 cylinders......MPFI is a type of PGM-FI.....

Depends on the tranny you have in the car. If it is a 5-speed tranny, then swap a ZC or SOHC Vtec long block. If it is a 4-speed, then save up more money for a full swap.

With the amount of money you spend in DOHC you can have ur single cam bad ***. Turbo set up or monster build....

Plus, what kinda DOHC SWAP w/ mounts can he get for 700 bucks?

Um, a DOHC ZC will run you about 700, give or take.

Pick up a hooker and have a buddy video tape the session then post it on the net. Make your money back ten fold.

Actually i would hold onto the money and save some more to put a turbo on there or a swap.

D16A6 swap.

If you knew a bit more about these cars (no offense), then I'd try and pick up a sohc VTEC... might take a bit more than 700, but well worth it.

i could do a mini me for like 400 bucks, maybe a little more with a y8 head, would that be as good as swaping in a SOHC vtec or are there downsides that the full swap doesnt have?

You are getting raped if you pay that much. I've seen more than a few complete(eng. trans) DOHC zc's go for 500 or less.

I vote A6 build. you can probably get an A6 for like $100.00 Then you got $600 left for an Si or ZC tranny and some go fast parts

then strip your car out, tint the back windows as dark as law allows, get a OBD-0 PR3, go to http://pgmfi.org, ask if anyone has a program that deletes an O2 sensor, then if they can send you one, find a local electrician/jeweler person that can remove and replace chips. get pictures and show him what chip needs to be moved. cheap...pow pow powa wheels..ohh yeah...learn how to drive a stick well if you don't know how to.....
