i've seen the airwalker sides on with a oem lip and it looks rather flush... 
but keep in mind only in pictures... so i can't completely tell you how it looks in person...

I've seen the two togethe before and I think they were pretty flush if I remember correctly. If it ends up looking like ***, you could always buy a different lip.
