A gasket is a gasket, they're both the same, but you'll pay more for the other.

pretty much. i still buy oil pumps and timing belts from honda/acura dealers. but everything else its the same just price differences. i've seen just as much genuine honda stuff go bad as autozone stuff, but both rarely happen

I say go to honda. For this item they're about the same price.

I got a valve cover gasket kit from kragen/autozone before. It was fine.

I can see buying stuff like piston rings/oil pumps/timing belts/head gaskets from the dealer, but for little rubber seals and stuff, I have a hard time going to the dealer, especially since I know they probably wont have it in stock and it wont be here for 2 more days.

Maybe its just cause I hate the dealerships here. I'm 19 and I know more about the cars and parts than anybody working there.
