Is this a good price for a prelude?
Its a 1994 Honda Prelude VTEC black with black leather, the owner wants $9,265 Is this a good price? It already has, Injen CAI, DC Sports Cat-Back Exhaust, MSD Ignition Wires, DC Sports Short-Shifter, Bilstein Struts, Eibach Sport Lines, 17" Konig Rush Wheels w/ Yokohama 215/45-17 Tires, Power Stop Cross-Drilled Rotors w/ KVR Carbon Fiber Pads, Alpine AM/FM/CD Receiver + Alpine EQ + Alpine 6-Disc CD Changer + Pioneer XM Radio Receiver, 6 1/2" Diamond Audio Components (F&R) + 12" Diamond Audio Subwoofer, MOMO Sphere Shift **** w/ MOMO Leather Shift Boot, MOMO Chrome E-Brake Handle, Clear lights all around. There are some things like the taillights, and turn signals & corners that id be changing back to OEM. What are your thoughts?

mileage???? <-- the most important part....sounds like you might be too concerned with the bells and whistles and not paying enough attention to the meat and potatos...
it sounds a little high to me...

hmm.. lots of goodies.. but miles kinda high for a 9ker.. i bought my prelude (92s) around 7k.. and it was with lots of stuff like taht.. but you have to be more interested in the miles.. minie was only 40k

thats not a bad suggestion but he probly wants a 4th gen if thats what he's looking at, right.. thats not bad mileage for a 4th gen. i would say go for it if the car doesn't make any weird sounds and everything works right.. also that doesnt look like the stock leather on the seats (stock has air leather down the middle). a good idea is to make sure the a/c still blows cold at speeds over 70mph otherwise i would say no don't buy it, but thats just me personally cuz i can't live w/o a/c
1st it's been modded and remmed on for sure.
i paid 8,000 for mine from a dealship with a warranty and 80000 miles
you can definatly find better

I just got a 1996 prelude vtec about 2 weeks ago, for about $8400. Its all stock tho...with about 60,000 miles on it, in show room condition. Personally I wouldn't buy a car thats been modified.
4 the price he/she is asking for???? I would say No
hope this helps.

I just got my 94 vtec lude (perfect interior, leather is sqeaky clean, cai, custom exhaust/muffler, pulleys, lightened flywheel, alarm, tint, short shifter, chipped ecu w/ uberdata map, coilovers, etc... cant remember rest.) 110k miles, nice exterior aside from minor rust on arch. For 3700
I have a question, it says Dc sports short shifter, now I have never found a dc sports short shifter for my 4th gen, only the adapter. Any one else think this is a little odd?
