If you have a 6th gen V6 the type S shouldnt be a problem. If you dont have a 6th gen AV6 think of buying a TL type S or a TSX

I know this guy, the car he has is a 96 or 97 4 door accord SE auto.

I would like to know if this swap is possible too.

If it is a 96-97 like you suggest then It would be insanely expensive to swap in that motor and tranny. I would say just do an H22w/boost.

For real. What is with all the questions about swapping in acura v6 into 4 cyl engine bays recently? Might as well get a small block 350 crate and squeeze that in... I have seen that done successfully with rwd conversion.

honestly it would be nice for him to go outside the box and do a different swap then the standard 4cylinder swap i see too many guys talking about the 4cylinder swaps that have een done and expect props.

if you can get a front clip with everything on it then you can do it but it might require welding and cutting. but it can be done. if an MR2 can fit a V8 northstar engine in that tight engine bay and a Celica with a 4.7l v8 rwd conversion then i see no problem fitting a v6 in a car with that much room. but i would move the battery to the trunk and eliminate the cruise control and make room for a turbo

do it and get it all on video or take pictures that way you can show what can be done

lol how funny when a guy wants to go a different route. and the fact that he doesn't want a 4banger anymore you shoot him down. what do you have running in your accord? and h22, b18,etc etc. they have been done over and over again.
but i bet if they came out with a kit to do it like all the other kits that are plug and play and every novice can do you'd be all on it huh?

now stop bashing on the guy cause that's not cool

That is the response a 5th grader would have created. Come back and play the game when you figure out how the game is played
