Default RPM PROBLEM OR SOMETHING ELSE :( (searched)

Well i douno what to say.... When my eninge warms up and im stoped.. i notice when i rev my car to say 2,000 rpm, when the needle comes down it goes to low and the car almost stalls... not like stalling the car when you let go of the cluth .. but like you can hear the eninge sounds like it is going to cut out and the rpms come back up to normal, it does that everytime u do it.... it has been like this for a long time and i dont know what it is but it bugs me.... i feel like something is wrong.
Can anyone help me ?
What is Wrong?

Thanks
Cam

check your Idle Air Control Valve. It's on the back of the Intake manifold. Take it off and spray some carb cleaner on it maybe that'll do the trick.
