Got a ge lsvtec kit it came with a b16 head gasket???????pls she's tor down rightnow
Will the b16 head gasket work without leaking it will work fine with the dowels and all that but when you line up the b16 head gasket to the block, on the intake side there is a spot that is only covered with a 1/4 of an inch by the gasket. What is the deal anyone deal with these kits before?
Shouldnt matter.I think the hole your referring to is just a oil drain passageway. Not really any high pressures to worry about.
You do not need an LS gasket for an LS VTEC converison. The gasket we supply works the best, trust me, we have been through this. There will be no issues at all. I do suggest covering the gaskets with copper spray. Then everything is 100%. I use this set-up all the time, never had one problem!!!
yup..u gotta love that copper spray...people thinks it ghetto when they look into ur motor and seeing them copper spray but they dont know wassup...
Whats with the copper spray, what does it do, im going to be building an lsvtec soon, any advise would help - thanks

The kits are dope! The only thing I had a problem is centering, but hta was no big deal. and it's cool cause you can use a oil pressure gauge with the pre-tapped holes on the adapter plate.
