Let's see...
If I remember correctly when my B16 died in my Sol I replaced it with a B20 (same as B18 externally) but I did not swap the head over. Inorder to get the PS to mount up, I had to use a LS upper PS bracket to get it to fit "right" I used some bolts and washers that I bought from the local hardware store and pulled the PS pump up and tight while my brother tightened the bolts for the PS. That may work for you as well. Give it a shot. I got the LS upper bracket from a junk yard for like $5.

i have a jdm b16a head on my b18b block. you will need the b16a bracket for the head and i believe the ls bracket for the block, you WILL have to manually tension it, but if you have both the ls and b16a brackets just mix and match them until you have it right...

if i have the ls bracket for the block why would i need to manually tension it? the ls bracket has a tensioner... ?

because the tensioning bolt doesn't line up between the two brackets, this isnt a big deal, as you can pull on the power steering unit then tighten it down, it will work just fine
