oil in the spark plug area?...
i pulled out my plug wires today and found about an inch of motor oil in the cavity that drops down to my spark plugs...at first i was like oh **** my rings are fucked but stupid me remember that the spark plugs would keep it from making its way up to that area...so im thinking the little "O" gasket between the head and the valve cover...u guys think that sounds right?...
...TIA
...TIA
i had the same problem last weak......it might have been that the valve cover wasn't tightened down enough but i got the o ring gaskets anyway for 16 bucks at the honda dealer.....got some honda bond too just too make sure everything sealed right
how did yah get all the oil that was there out completly?...should i just pull the plug out and clean it while letting the rest of the oil that falls into the combustion chamber burn off later...iv shoved paper towel after paper towel and there is still some oil in there...stupid JDM motors
