Look, if you want a quality answer don't dick around. Don't expect help when you act like a stunna
Konig makes good quality rims and aren't gonna cost you too much. They are the only rims I'd recommend other then Volks but they ain't cheap

they buy wheels from low rider shops with what thye call reverse offset. it ***** your alignment and cause all kinds of wacky wear and handling issues. a firend of mine used to run reverse offset with some 15x7 rims, like 100 spoke wiures in gold...
