Im having an AC problem, The problem is when any time I drive, the AC works and get cold, but when I stop at the light, it gets to the normal temperature outside... and the fan of AC condenser dont run...Why is that?

Well I try they fuse, I try pluging the fan straigh to the batters and it runs... is there something wrong with my Regalutor or electirc problem?
So what can I do? bring it to the shop?
