Default replaceing rear brake pads

Why can,t i get my rear caliper to go back in ? I have tryed to turn it while pushing but no joy do I need a special tool?

use a c-clamp, or a tool designed to push the piston back in all way. it works better than using a screw driver and trying to twist the piston back in. there's a "bump" (for lack of a better word) on the brake pad that fits into the groove on the piston. make sure the piston is aligned right... if it isn't, simply use a large flathead and twist the piston so that it fits.

I wonder if he took me seriously when I told him that since tires are the part that rotate he need to armour all all four tires to get the best friction free turning and thusly about 1/10th faster in the 1/4mile

USe a pair of needle nose pliers and grab the slot in the the caliper. You have to "screw" the rear pistons back in...

Correct, screw the piston back in, not push.
