95 integra. idling prob after warm up. pls help!

Default 95 integra. idling prob after warm up. pls help!

my dad's 95 integra, B18A1, has a weird idling problem. after the car warms up and the rpms go down, the rpms will start bouncing up and down then hesitates. i know more about civics so i need some help with this, pls. this only happens after warm up. just recently too

can someone help me out? is it the EACV?

well it seems the problem went away. its been raining hard the past few days and maybe water got in somewhere. but i'll come back if the problem arises

well it still doing it. sounds like the eacv to me. what do y'all think ?

do you have adjustable cam gears , my car did that for a while and it was that my cams were off

time to grab the helms book and start troubleshooting. I would look at areas around the throttle body good luck .

probably the IACV or the other valve under the TB, is that caled the EACV? I dont remember but i had to replace the one under the TB

my dad found out what it was, the hard way. he was coming home from work and the motor started overheating as he was around the neighborhood. luckily he made it back on time without damaging anything. there was a small leak in the rad and who knows how long its been there. the leak must've been screwing up the idle since coolant goes through the eacv. so after $350 CDN, it was fixed. sad thing is my dad just bought the car. he said if it gives him anymore problems anytime soon, he's selling it.
