hey i have oil leaking out of the side of the left side of the head and its on the tranny Where could this oil be leakiing from? would it be the dizzy seal leaking? what are the possibilities on the left side of the head and it runs down onto the tranny ten off the car?

 

Um... Could be leaking from anywhere... But I would check your valve cover gasket first...

 

check the valve cover gasket... if its by the front of the head and leaking onto the head gasket then its probably the cam seal. i doubt that its the distributor. let us know if its on the front or the back of the side.

 

Bump I have the same problem, its right above the tranny, under the distributor. Also its kinda pinkish in color i guess, but its oily LOL..
Its leaked all the way downed to the stamp for the engine code, you know.. the d16 or.. b18 whatever stamp. Maybe pinkish is a bad discription.. anyone got an answer? otherwise im doing a full engine over haul that includes P & P yyea..!! sohc powa
