will b16 pistons and rods fit my b18a block and crank? the reasons im asking is cuz a friend of mine is selling some brand new ones really cheap. there srp forged pistons 81mm 9:6:1(on a b16) how much is that on a b18a becuase im going turbo.and eagle rods for a b16.will it work. need info.thanx
